"The above unit received a new roof as part of the renovation, however they didn't insulate it. The floor was refreshed nicely, appearance, very shiny."

The franchise model was learned during the creator's early career, in a consultancy role for a well-known retail outlet. At its peak, the franchise held 246 franchisees in the UK and around 16 franchisees in the EU. He was hired for almost two years to oversee a US Investment Management Buyout to the tune of £18m.
He was involved with the reconciliation of the company's sales ledger's which included monthly management fees, adversity levy and stock purchases. This entailed him communicating extensively with all suppliers & retail store owner's building a repour with them directly to understand their business operations and needs. He also gained vast knowledge from sitting in HQ, which included the other department heads.
His Franchise model creates a lot of value because the above franchise set-up fee request was £35,000.00. They did need to sign a lease and pay for a store (physical location), which obviously makes things more expensive.
He witnessed how much money most of these people lost, and the high levels of personal debt they incurred - he did not and does not agree with these unethical Business models.
Business side:
Owners of estates who tend to have moved into vehicle storage as a means to utilise their property and make an extra sound income

"Natural dehumidification system. Thermal-coated floor." Converted barns on a private estate, 8 in total.

"The dirt in the above photo is unacceptable!? Areas must be kept clean - Poor in terms of service quality for customers."
The creator deployed HQ Business Development managers to franchisee stores that were struggling. Resources were optimised accordingly, and done so in a fair manner. Some store owners welcomed the support, and the BDMs helped them develop skills they perhaps lacked, whilst others were perhaps unmotivated and unable to benefit from HQ resources.
The total volume of balances the creator managed monthly was £1.4-£1.8m. This was the monthly turnover of operations for Head Office, including franchise fees and stock purchases. The total company turnover was approximately £40m a year.
He oversaw the replacement of two Managing Directors, the initial one left due to the sudden change of business direction. A new Finance Director who actually hired the creator when she first joined the company. A new Head of Operations, who obtained valuable insights from the creator due to his in-depth franchisee knowledge at that time. And finally, a new Marketing Director.
